Shipping Options

Local Shipping:
We offer local shipping within South Africa to ensure your orders reach you wherever you are.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over R1000.
  • Standard Shipping Fees: For orders below R1000, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damages

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our policy:

Refund Policy:
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  4. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Exempt Goods:
The following items are exempt from refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be posted. If you’ve done this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at singletrackcycles1@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or replacement.
  • Lost Packages: In the event of a lost package, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
